27th June
Matt was back at Wimbledon today, but not basking in the sunshine this time. Carol was first thing this morning on Breakfast but by Matts forecast the cloud had closed in. Still, that didn't detract from Matts loveliness of course. Just the one quick forecast on BBC2 predicting the chance of a few spots of rain between 1 and 3. And was he spot on or what!! It started about 1 and finished around 2.30. And I have word that Matt even predicted the finish of the rain at 2.30 on the BBC 1 forecast!!! How perfect is that?? I need him to see me through my next 2 weeks holiday in England!!!
To start Matt was waving to us, from afar:

And then we got a lot closer
and another nice shirt today.

Matt did mention that some players were experiencing problems with the wind. I'm not surprised! Flipping'eck, its been breezy!
Well, I'll be away now for two weeks, so a temporary lull in blogging activity will be experienced I'm afraid. I will try and catch up, possibly a little next Wednesday if I have time.
But meanwhile, keep a look out!

, turns out that wasn't to be.
Nasty cold front pushing down from the north, but there's two high pressures out to the west, which are joining forces, can't we have them instead???? We had isobars on the 12.30 forecast and also graphics with footballs over Europe, I take that to mean its raining footballs........or did I get distracted again??

. Just a thought! A nice thought!

So I don't have anything to transcribe, I think after a conversation about floral shirts Matt advised Bill not to wear one or he'll attract the bees!
