14th February

Matt was Five Live-ing it again today, and Tomasz was nicking Matts geography!   I have it on good authority that Tomasz mentioned the Lleyn Peninsula on todays forecast, as taught to us by Matt many weeks ago, shortly after teaching us about the Celtic sea if I remember rightly.

Well, I'm off for the weekend, so I better get some packing done I think. I hear its meant to be a good one again which is excellent news, all that praying must have worked!

And Happy Valentine's Day to Matt, the bestest, loveliest weatherman in the whole wide world! 

13th February

Another Five Live morning!! Today they were talking about what you'd wish for, and Matt said a holiday somewhere hot. Can't argue with that! 18 weeks today to my trip to Cyprus!

12th February

Matt was on Five Live again today! Not a good shift this one!

11th February

And he's on Five Live again!! And what's with -1.3 this morning! De-frosting the car!    Still, at least it's all nice and sunny. Best make the most of it! I don't want cloud from Wednesday onwards!! No No No!!! I'm on a four day week this week! YAY!!! And off to foreign parts for the weekend.

A surprise appearance on Five Live Breakfast this morning I hear! I wasn't awake at this time due to the fact I didn't go to sleep til gone 3am!!! Can't think why!

9th February

I've been bad again, not keeping up to date. Friday evening just flew by and Saturday night I was distracted by my ebook again.   and later some drunken texts from a friend!!!

Matt was on again last night on News 24, bringing us great weather for the time of year. Belfast has a sultry 10 degrees as a starting figure Friday morning. Lots of mention of a hint of Spring.
The 5 to 1 forecast was funny at the end, Matt suddenly vanished and we just saw the blue sky and globe. It was quite amusing.

My local forecast at 8.30 Friday morning must have been late cos Matt got cut off in his prime!! The dvd just stopped half way through......The End 

6th February

As expertly predicted by myself.....well ok then......the tbt, Matt was on at 9.30, and it really has been a long time since I last saw him on tv,or it sure seems like it. I think the last time he was on tv was during the day so I saw him on the media player at work, but that's not real telly!
Looking good, plain grey tie tonight, and 'I think'    he said the weather was going to be ok for us southerners tomorrow. Easily distracted me!  My met office gadet thingy rekons its only 2.7 outside right now  That wasn't predicted.....was it???? Didn't think it was meant to get that cold. My other weather gadget said -1!!! But when I clicked it it changed location to Bournemouth!! So maybe Southampton has gone wrong! I DO NOT want frost on the car in the morning! NO!

Well, having stayed up late reading a very interesting 'e-book' I suppose I best get some sleep. Leave the world in Matts very capable hands overnight.

Not only was Matt on TV last night but he was on Janice Long's show too! Yay! And for a full 8 minutes as well!! Crikey! What a night!

Much hilarity on JL too, especially regarding the handcuffs!!

And Matt was on News 24 all night of course (really liked the look of the indoor skydiving on just before the 2am weather!! How very cool! It was in America but I know they have one in Milton Keynes and I really gotta go there!) I digress! Yes, Matt on News 24 and doing the local forecasts for Breakfast this morning, and he's looking good and the weather's looking good!! It's all good! This is my outlook for the weekend! Yay!

And the outlook for tonight again is very good! Matt is back, perhaps not on JL, but on tv. Yay!

Where does the time go in the evening??? I had a plan for this evening but now its nearly gone, after a very late night last night I better do some catching up tonight. Ohhh and Happy Chinese New Year of the Rat!! Apparently today you shouldn't wash your hair or do any cleaning or you may wash away your luck! I don't need to be told twice! (Lucky I washed my hair last night! Phew!)

1st February

Matt was on JL again last night so tonight I have the mammoth task of recording two clips from the iplayer!!! I may need a drink to do that!
I have to say I wasn't looking forward to today too much with the weather that was being predicted but other than rather chilly, its a beautiful day! Hardly a cloud in the sky so far, and so far being 1pm.

31st January

Ok, I had some major technical issues last night and if I had tried to blog I have a feeling the computer would have gone out the window! I managed to record Matt on JL on Radio 2 but you'd need very good hearing to listen to it!! And that took about 10 attempts because the player kept stopping!! So, I'm sure you can understand my frustration!
Matt was on JL, which I will try and get it on here later, and Matt was on the world weather on BBCi, I'm not aware of any other appearances.

(Today was a bad day, first time I've bought petrol for over a £1 a litre!    How are people not more angry about this?? Why is no-one doing anything??? Grrrrr......rant over!)
